Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects related to operations, supply chain, technology, infrastructure, and business expansion. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver projects as per defined scope, timelines, and budgets

Coordinate with internal teams including procurement, operations, finance, HR, and IT

Manage vendor selection, contracts, and third-party service providers

Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments

Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively

Ensure compliance with company policies, food/agro regulations, and safety standards

Track project costs and control expenses

Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to management

Manage project documentation, reports, and approvals

Support new initiatives such as warehouse setup, farm sourcing, logistics, and technology implementation

Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to operations teams

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong project planning and execution skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Vendor and contract management experience

Budgeting, costing, and cost-control knowledge

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Knowledge of MS Office, project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Agriculture, Operations, or related field

PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory)

1–2 years of experience in project management (agro, FMCG, logistics, retail, or quick commerce preferred)

Working Conditions

Full-time role

Occasional travel to project sites, warehouses, farms, or vendor locations
