Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Project Engineer to manage and oversee all aspects of façade projects. This role requires strong coordination skills with multiple teams including design, site, purchase, and manufacturing, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. The manager shall be responsible to attend meetings with clients and update the progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of façade engineering projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate daily with site teams, design engineers, purchase department, and manufacturing units to streamline project execution.
• Prepare, review, and modify AutoCAD designs and drawings as required for project progress.
• Monitor project progress and report updates daily to immediate supervisors and project heads.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with procurement to track material availability and delivery schedules.
• Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary teams to foster a cooperative and efficient work environment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and team performance.
