📌 JOB DESCRIPTIONRole: Project & Operations Manager — Founder’s Office

Companies: Socially Crafted (Agency) + Menswear Clothing Label

Location: Mumbai

📍 About the RoleThis is a Founder’s Office role that blends project management, operations, and strategic coordination across two fast-growing businesses:

  1. Socially Crafted – a boutique creative & social media agency
  2. Menswear Clothing Label – modern Indian menswear (kurtas, jackets, co-ords)

You will work directly with the founder to keep projects organised, teams aligned, and operations running smoothly.

This is a high-ownership role, not a clerical assistant position.

  • 🎯 Core ResponsibilitiesA. Socially Crafted (Agency)Keep content calendars updated across clients
  • Ensure all deliverables (reels, posts, captions) go out on time
  • Manage follow-ups with designers, editors, and freelancers
  • Maintain a bird’s-eye view of ongoing operations
  • Stay aligned with the community of freelancers & creators working with us
  • B. Clothing Business (Menswear)Coordinate sampling, tailoring, fabric sourcing & production
  • Maintain updated fabric database & production trackers
  • Follow up with printers, embroiders, tailors, and vendors
  • Assist in photoshoot planning and garment logistics
  • Keep design references, SKUs, and measurements organised
  • C. Systems & OrganisationMaintain Notion, Sheets & internal dashboards in clean, updated structure
  • Convert founder notes/ideas into organised documents
  • Track weekly tasks, pipelines, deadlines, and follow-ups

D. Founder Support (Light EA + Communication)(10–15% of role)

  • Calendar coordination
  • Preparing weekly summaries
  • Handling structured follow-ups on behalf of the founder
  • Managing confidential info with reliability & discretion
  • đź§  What You NeedStrong in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong in Notion / project management tools
  • Clear communication skills
  • High ownership & organisational ability
  • 1 years in operations, PM, coordination, or founder’s office–type roles
  • Ability to multitask across two different industries
