Project Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong technical and site knowledge to manage and execute interior design projects from planning to handover. Candidates from the interior design industry will be highly preferred. The role involves coordination with clients, designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute interior fit-out projects end-to-end.
• Handle site execution, supervision, and daily progress monitoring.
• Interpret drawings, BOQs, measurements, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
• Ensure material planning, procurement, and inventory control.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or execution issues.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality control at site.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and progress updates for management and clients.
• Manage handover, snag-list closure, and final documentation.
• Required Skills & Knowledge:Strong technical knowledge of interior works (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, finishes).
• Excellent site management and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of BOQs, costing, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Background:Interior Design / Civil / Architecture / Construction background.
• Prior experience in interior design or fit-out industry is highly preferred.
