Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Management & SupportOversee daily functioning of TMS ERP and related applications
  • Monitor system performance, identify gaps, and ensure issue resolution
  • User Coordination & TrainingAct as the primary point of contact between users and IT teams
  • Conduct regular user training sessions and ensure process adherence
  • Drive user adoption and minimize operational errors
  • Issue Resolution & TicketingManage internal ticketing system for issue tracking
  • Coordinate with internal tech teams and external service providers for timely resolution
  • Ensure closure within defined SLAs
  • Requirement Gathering & DocumentationInteract with department heads to understand business needs
  • Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
  • Obtain approvals and communicate requirements to development teams
  • Project Coordination & DeliveryCoordinate with service providers for development and enhancements
  • Perform SIT/UAT testing before deployment
  • Ensure smooth go-live with minimal disruption
  • Process ImprovementIdentify automation opportunities and workflow improvements
  • Recommend system enhancements aligned with business objectives
