• Experience in B2B / Project Sales
• Exposure to building materials, construction chemicals, paints, or related sectors preferred

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Territory Management & Business Development:

• Drive sales operations in the assigned territory
• Promote next-generation paints and waterproofing solutions

Sales & Marketing Strategy:

• Execute localized sales and marketing initiatives
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and consultants
• Provide technical guidance and support

Channel Partner Development:

• Appoint and manage channel partners
• Generate and convert project leads

Target Achievement:

• Achieve or exceed sales and collection targets
• Track and report performance metrics

Influencer Loyalty Program:

• Drive influencer loyalty initiatives with compliance adherence

• Strong understanding of project sales and B2B customer behavior
• Technical knowledge of paints and waterproofing solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
