Property Sourcing Consultant

Job Summary 

We are looking for an energetic and well-connected Property Sourcing Consultant to support the Relocation Division in identifying and maintaining a database of high-quality rental properties suitable for expatriate clients. 

The role involves liaising with real estate agents and landlords, expanding property networks, shortlisting apartments for new requirements, and coordinating site visits. 

The consultant will work closely with Relocation Consultants to ensure the availability of accurate and up-to-date property options matching client preferences and corporate standards. 

Key Responsibilities 

 •Maintain and regularly update an inventory database of rental properties that meet 

expatriate and corporate client requirements. 

•Build and strengthen relationships with real estate agents, brokers, landlords, and developers. 

•Continuously explore new property options and market opportunities in target locations. 

•Understand client requirements shared by the Relocation Consultant and prepare shortlists of suitable apartments. 

•Coordinate and schedule property inspections and client visits with agents or landlords. 

•Gather and maintain property data — rent range, layout, furnishing details, amenities, and society information. 

•Conduct periodic market research to stay updated on current rental trends, new developments, and upcoming projects. 

•Ensure that the property listings are accurate, verified, and meet company quality standards. 

•Keep the internal property database organized and updated in real-time. 

•Work in close coordination with Relocation, Leasing, and Operations teams for smooth transition from sourcing to client handover. 

•Maintain professional communication and representation of Relomi’s service standards while dealing with brokers and landlords. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

•Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate renting, leasing, or property sourcing (mandatory). 

•Strong network of real estate agents, brokers, and landlords in the local market. 

•Good understanding of expatriate housing standards and corporate leasing requirements. 

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. 

•Ability to manage multiple property requirements simultaneously. 

•Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data record management. 

•Well-organized, proactive, and capable of working independently. 

•Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
