Purchase And Logistics Manager - Diagnostic Laboratory

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Purchase & Logistics Manager to oversee procurement, inventory control, and distribution operations across our diagnostic laboratory network. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing lab consumables, reagents, equipment, and managing multi-location logistics.

• Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of lab consumables, reagents, equipment, and services.
• Identify and negotiate with vendors to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and timely supply.
• Oversee stock levels, expiry management (FIFO/FEFO), and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate logistics & distribution of materials to branches/collection centers.
• Ensure compliance with NABL/CAP documentation and quality standards.
• Lead the Purchase, Stores, and Logistics teams and implement best practices.
• Manage budgets, reduce procurement costs, and prepare MIS reports.

• Required Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate/Postgraduate – MBA Supply Chain / BBA / B.Sc. / M.Sc. preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in procurement & logistics (healthcare/diagnostics preferred).
• Strong vendor negotiation, cost control, and supply chain management skills.
• Experience with ERP/SAP/LIS systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
