Purchase Assistant

We have the opening for Purchase Assistant position with the manufacturing company based at Vikhroli.

Job Details -

1. Manage end-to-end procurement of materials 
2. Identify potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers and building and maintain good relationship with them.
3. Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress- checking the quality of service provided.
4. Ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives.
5.  Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement 
6. Coordinate with internal team and reporting to Sr. Purchase Manager.
7. Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock and ensure cost optimization.
