About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Associate to manage procurement activities efficiently. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing products, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely procurement of materials while adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, products, and services as per company requirements.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Raise purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure stock availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorders as necessary.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to procurement or delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in procurement, purchase, or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or procurement software is a plus.
