Purchase Executive

• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiating contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules with suppliers.
• Vendor Management: Source new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing ones, evaluating them based on quality, timeliness, and cost.
• Budget Control: Create and manage budgets, handle purchase orders (POs), and monitor for bid variances.
• Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate with site managers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages.
