Job Description in Detail

1. Manage Procurement activities, execute Purchase Orders, coordinate with vendors to ensure there is no disconnect between vendor, user and invoicing team and Accounts team.

2.Ensuring Smooth documentation with vendor which will enable invoicing team to clear invoices without any queries

3. Follow-up with vendor for documentation

4. Track PO Status and handle any discrepancies related to address, quantity or pricing

5. Ensure Compliance with Company's purchase policy

Key Skill Set Detailed orientation and Hands on experience of any S2P tool

Educational Qualification Any Graduate.
