Purchase Manager

Oversee and manage all procurement activities for food, beverages, and operational supplies.

Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies with store and accounts departments.

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and consistency.

Review market trends, pricing, and new product options for cost optimization.

Prepare and maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene/safety standards in the procurement process.

Report regularly to management on purchase status, cost savings, and vendor performance.
