Job Description

·        Customer Communication: Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments and explain outstanding balances.

·        Debt Recovery: Follow up on unpaid bills and negotiate payment plans or settlements.

·        Record Keeping: Update customer information, payment details, and communication logs in the system.

·        Compliance: Adhere to legal guidelines and company policies when contacting customers.

·        Customer Support: Address customer queries about payments, billing issues, or account discrepancies.

·        Payment Assistance: Help customers process payments or set up payment reminders.

·        Reporting: Generate reports on collections, payments, and outstanding balances.

·        Escalation: Escalate difficult cases to senior officers or legal teams when needed.

·        Target Achievement: Meet monthly collection targets while maintaining professional and courteous interactions.
