Virtueaze is hiring a high-performing Sales Manager to represent our cutting-edge Digital Twin technology for the Indian real estate market.

This role is designed for experienced real estate sales professionals who already have strong connections with developers and senior decision-makers. If you can open doors from Day 1, this role is for you.

📍 Mumbai | Pune

(Primary focus on high-growth real estate markets)

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
• Commission: 10% – 12% (high-performance incentives)
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Who We’re Looking For

We are specifically seeking a salesperson with existing, active connections with:

• Real Estate Developers
• Marketing Heads
• Sales Heads
• Senior Leadership / CXOs

🚫 This is NOT a fresher or junior role.

✅ You must be able to start meetings immediately using your network.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit 2–3 developer offices daily to pitch Virtueaze’s Digital Twin solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers
• Conduct cold calls, in-person pitches, demos, and follow-ups
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Represent Virtueaze professionally in meetings, site visits, and industry events

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in real estate or proptech (India)
• Strong existing developer network in Mumbai & Pune.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confident in cold calling and direct outreach
• Active presence on LinkedIn / Instagram
• Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated
