Job Description
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for new dark stores in line with business objectives.
- Conduct site visits and prepare detailed assessment reports for management approval.
- Lead lease negotiations with landlords, developers, and brokers to secure cost-effective, high-quality properties.
- Oversee site handovers and ensure timely store openings as per project timelines.
- Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain up-to-date records of leased properties, agreements, and renewal timelines.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters within the region.
- Provide regular updates on site pipeline, negotiations, and project progress to senior management.
