Lead Generation & Prospecting o Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, channel partners, digital platforms, and outbound efforts. o Qualify leads and convert them into active prospects. • Client Interaction & Meetings o Meet prospective clients, understand their commercial requirements, and present suitable project options. o Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and features. • Sales Closure o Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and documentation to successfully close deals. o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Relationship Management o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. o Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and handover processes. • Reporting o Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, follow-ups, and closures. o Provide regular sales updates to the reporting manager.
