Job Description
Real Estate Sales Executive
Generate revenue by closing rental and outright property deals through proactive lead generation, follow-ups, and client conversions.
Build a strong property inventory by sourcing listings from owners, brokers, and developers.
Understand client requirements, conduct property visits, and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
Negotiate best prices, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth transaction execution till closure.
Achieve monthly revenue targets, maintain CRM records, and uphold GG Realty’s professional brand image at all times.
