Job Description

The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for sourcing properties, acquiring clients, conducting inspections, negotiating deals, and closing transactions for the brokerage firm. The role requires strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Generate leads through networking, calls, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Meet clients, understand requirements, and provide suitable property options.
  • Maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business.


2. Property Sourcing & Inventory Management

  • Identify and list new properties for sale/lease.
  • Maintain updated inventory with photos, details, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with landlords, developers, and co-brokers.


3. Property Showings & Inspections

  • Arrange and conduct professional property viewings.
  • Explain features, advantages, pricing, and terms.
  • Address all client questions effectively.


4. Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Assist clients during price discussions and negotiations.
  • Prepare LOIs, offer letters, deal sheets, and brokerage agreements.
  • Ensure smooth and timely closure of deals.


5. Documentation & Compliance

  • Support clients with paperwork related to agreements, society NOCs, and registration.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records.


6. Market Research Track property prices, availability, and upcoming developments.

  • Provide regular insights to clients and management.


7. Coordination & Follow-ups Liaise with lawyers, bankers, developers, and society offices as needed.

  • Ensure all stakeholders meet timelines and deliverables.


8. Reporting & Target Management Maintain daily activity reports and deal pipelines.

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly leasing or sales targets.
  • Qualifications: Preferably a graduate in any field.
  • Experience in real estate (residential/commercial) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM, Email).
  • Two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred for site visits.
