Real Estate Sales Executive

-Escorting Clients throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities/pricing etc. are appropriately briefed.

-Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.

-Tactically answering all possible queries of clients. 

-Responsible for generating sales with existing visited customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

-Closely following up with the visited clients and trying to close the deal. - Generating 4 Sales (Average) per month.

-Constant follow-ups on prospective leads to move them toward closure.

-Write & maintain detailed remarks of each client visited.

-Making sure that client data privacy is maintained. - Report on sales activities to senior management

 -Provide proper feedback on leads assigned.

 -Follow-up for Payments/dues.
