About the Role

We are looking for a smart, pleasant, and organized Receptionist to manage the front desk and handle administrative support activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage the front office area.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Manage daily courier, deliveries, and office correspondence.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for office requirements and housekeeping.
  • Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Any bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and discretion.
