Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly energetic Sourcing Manager for our Mahim project. The role requires meeting real estate brokers daily, activating them for the project, and generating quality site visits.

This is a 100% field role, best suited for someone who loves exploring new areas, building relations, and driving business through brokers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMeet minimum 10 brokers per day in the Mahim–Matunga–Dadar belt
• Create project awareness (USP, pricing, offers, inventory)
• Build and maintain strong broker relationships
• Activate brokers to source leads & push site visits
• Ensure brokers understand and promote the project
• Support all activation activities (walk-ins, events, office visits)
• Daily reporting of broker meetings and feedback
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing targets
• Identify new broker touchpoints and unexplored pockets
• Must-Have SkillsExcellent communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
• Strong local area knowledge (Mahim, Matunga, Dadar, Wadala)
• Relationship-building ability with brokers
• Real Estate Sales experience (Channel / Sourcing preferred)
• High level of professionalism & discipline
• Ability to work under targets
• Ready for hard work, field visits, and new experiences
• Bike preferred (Fuel reimbursement as per policy)
• Candidate ProfileFreshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Candidates from Real Estate / BFSI / Field Sales have an advantage
• Must be comfortable with daily travel & broker meetings
