• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services.
• Answering customer inquiries .
• Follow up with leads and prospects via phone, email, or text.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of conversations with customers.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
• Promote special offers, discounts, and new products.
• Ensure calls are made and received in a professional manner, reflecting the Institude image.
• Collaborate with team members and report issues or challenges to supervisors.
