Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and caring animal handler to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong grooming skills, a love for animals, and excellent customer service.

• ResponsibilitiesBathe, dry, brush, and groom dogs and cats according to breed standards and client preferences
• Perform nail trims, ear cleaning, and other standard grooming services
• Identify and report any health or skin concerns to pet owners or management
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of grooming area and equipment
• Communicate professionally with pet owners to ensure satisfaction
