Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Visitor & Guest Management: Greet, welcome, and direct guests/clients; manage visitor logs; control access.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and forward calls; handle incoming/outgoing emails and correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule appointments/meetings; manage calendars; handle filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Office Upkeep: Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area; order and stock office supplies.
  • Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Security: Follow safety procedures; control access via the reception desk.
  • Support: Assist other departments with daily tasks and provide basic company information.
