Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor & Guest Management: Greet, welcome, and direct guests/clients; manage visitor logs; control access.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward calls; handle incoming/outgoing emails and correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments/meetings; manage calendars; handle filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Office Upkeep: Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area; order and stock office supplies.
- Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Security: Follow safety procedures; control access via the reception desk.
- Support: Assist other departments with daily tasks and provide basic company information.
