Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and assist in facility-related queries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.



Requirements:

  • 3 – 4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
