Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and assist in facility-related queries.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Requirements:
- 3 – 4 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
