Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Job Summary

Dr. Sheth’s Clinics is seeking a candidate to manage the front desk at our Juhu and Marine Lines Clinic. Front Desk Executives are the “face” of the Clinics and are responsible for the first impression we make. The goal is to make clients and visitors feel comfortable and valued while at the Clinic while maintaining a friendly yet professional disposition.

Experience Level

Minimum 2 years (receptionist, front office representative, or similar. Candidates with skin clinic experience preferred)

Skills Required

1. Client service with a customer-oriented approach

2. Excellent English and Hindi verbal and written communication skills

3. Professional attitude and appearance

4. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, including handling disgruntled clients

5. Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and the ability to prioritize tasks

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Email, WhatsApp, Google Docs, and Clinic software

7. Must be a team player and show enthusiasm towards learning new skills

8. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. scanners, printers, Wi-Fi routers)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
