Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Core Responsibilities:

• Greeting and Welcoming: Providing a friendly and professional greeting to all visitors and ensuring they feel welcome. 
• Answering Phones: Managing a multi-line phone system, answering calls, and directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. 
• Visitor Management: Registering visitors, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs. 
• Providing Information: Answering general inquiries from visitors and callers, and providing information about the organization. 
• Maintaining Reception Area: Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable. 
• Scheduling Appointments: Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for meetings, interviews, or other events. 
• Managing Mail and Deliveries: Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages. 
• Basic Administrative Tasks: Assisting with tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing documents. 
• Supporting Staff: Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
