Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end crew recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified seafarers as per vessel, client, and flag-state requirements. The role also covers verification and validation of all crew documentation (CoC, STCW, DP, medicals, passports, visas, and client approvals), coordination of interviews and mobilization, and ensuring crews are fully compliant, audit-ready, and deployed on time.
