Recruiter

• Understand client manpower requirements, job descriptions and desired candidate profile by coordinating with client HR/hiring managers.
• ​Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, database, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
• ​Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, evaluate fitment (skills, experience, salary, notice period) and create qualified shortlists.
• ​Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, share feedback, and manage the process till offer stage.
• ​Follow up with candidates and clients on interview feedback, offers, joining, and ensure successful joining and billing.
• ​Maintain and update candidate and client records in Excel/ATS/CRM and prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports.
