Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and help us identify, attract, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of sourcing techniques, and the ability to build trusting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Handle offer negotiations, issue offer letters, and support onboarding processes.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
