Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Nasik for a Recruiter at Ambe Healthcare Staffing. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, matching them with appropriate job openings, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The role will involve collaborating with team members to meet staffing needs and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
