Recruiter

 Handle complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding

 Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines

 Execute bulk, seasonal, and replacement hiring for operations, F&B, guest services, housekeeping, 

security, and technical roles

 Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, walk-in drives, referrals, and local 

hiring

 Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews and coordinate final interviews with stakeholders

 Ensure smooth joining, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates

 Manage recruitment vendors and track closures, SLA, and invoices

 Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and HRMS updates

 Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirement
