Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on bulk and volume hiring for BPO roles. The ideal candidate will be experienced in end-to-end recruitment, have a good understanding of BPO hiring trends, and be comfortable working in rotational shifts to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (Customer Support, Chat, Sales, Inbound/Outbound, etc.)
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and coordinate L1 rounds
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Coordinate with hiring managers and track recruitment status
• Maintain candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Update trackers and maintain hiring MIS

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in BPO/volume hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends
• Strong sourcing and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
