Job Role:

Looking for a motivated Recruiter to source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare positions. You will be working with the team to meet hiring targets and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates.
• Conduct phone/in-person interviews.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Build and maintain a candidate database.
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High energy and willingness to learn.
• Ability to meet targets.
