Location: Tardeo, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and job boards), networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
• Interview candidates in-person or via video conferencing.
• Administer assessments and conduct reference checks.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating terms.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and best practices.
