Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage high-volume hiring drives to recruit Group Class Instructors and

Center Managers for Cult gyms.

Ensure timely closure of multiple positions while maintaining quality standards.

Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create customized hiring

plans

Source candidates effectively through job portals like Naukri, Apna, Indeed, and social

media platforms.

Leverage existing networks and referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews,

and onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications:

1-3 years in volume/bulk hiring, with a strong track record of closing high-volume roles.

Proficient in using job portals like Naukri, Apna, Indeed, and social media platforms for

sourcing.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring projects

simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
