Job Title: Recruitment and HR executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates

to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

 Understanding from the management the hiring needs of the company

 Create and post job advertisements on various job portals

 Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and platforms such as LinkedIn

 Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews

 Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams

 Conduct background and reference checks

 Negotiate job offers and compensation packages

 Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

 Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

 Stay updated on labor laws and hiring best practices

 Maintain employee records

 Assist in other HR/admin processes as assigned by the manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

 Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to evaluate candidates effectively

 Ability to multitask and perform

 Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience and Salary

 Minimum relevant experience of 3-5 years

 In hand salary of 25-30k per month
