Recruitment Associate

·      Assist in managing end-to-end recruitment activities for various roles.

·      Source candidates through online databases.

·      Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.

·      Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

·      Maintain and update applicant recruitment reports.

·      Conduct background checks, reference checks, and assist with pre-employment processes.

·      Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

·      Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create talent pipelines.
