Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruitment consultant passionate to grow their career to next level in the space of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Responsible for sourcing from different portals like Naukri, paid LinkedIn, references etc.
- Responsible for the end to end recruitment process right from understanding JD, sourcing right candidates, screening, interviewing, salary Negotiations till joining.
- Updating MIS Tracker daily.
- Team Lead would be responsible for own and team’s targets.
