The Role

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our workforce. We hire 2–3 high-quality professionals monthly. Your job is to find them, track their training, and monitor their performance using data.

Key Responsibilities

1. Precision Hiring

Target: Source Engineers, Sales, and Blue-collar workers.

Tools: Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and Apna.

Vetting: Use AI tools and ChatGPT to screen for technical competence before the first interview.

2. Training & Skill Mapping

• Maintain a Digital Skill Matrix (Google Sheets) for all factory staff.

• Track progress: Ensure new hires move from "Trainee" to "Independent Operator" within defined timelines.

• Follow up with department heads to ensure training schedules are met.

3. Appraisal & Performance Tracking

• Manage monthly performance logs and probation reviews.

• Keep the Appraisal Dashboard updated; flag underperformers immediately.

• Organize data-driven feedback sessions between management and staff.

Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years in HR/Operations (Manufacturing sector preferred).

Data Skills: Advanced Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Dashboards, Data Validation).

Tech Savvy: Comfortable with AI-driven recruitment and WhatsApp automation.

Personality: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
