We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for overseas and domestic job opportunities across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure documentation is complete
• Understand client requirements and match suitable profiles
• Support end-to-end recruitment process
