Recruitment Specialist - International

Profile- International Recruiter- Blue & White-Collar Hiring. 

Role and Responsibilities-

1) Manage end-to-end recruitment for international (both blue‐collar and white‐collar roles), with a strong focus on Gulf region, preferably Saudi Arabia on profiles such as fabricator, Electrician, Fitter, Welder, etc.

2) Coordinate with hiring managers, conduct interviews (phone/video), present candidate profiles and ensure smooth offer process & onboarding.

 3) Demonstrate knowledge and hands-on experience in Gulf / Saudi work permit / visa process, medical clearance procedures and relocation logistics.

 4) Maintain accurate records in ATS or recruitment database; track key metrics such as time‐to‐fill, source of hire, candidate conversion. 

Preferred:

Experience with companies or placements in Saudi Arabia/GCC region.
