Job DescriptionAU Small Finance Bank is hiring Relationship Managers for the CASA Sales profile. This is a field sales role where the candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and increasing the bank’s CASA business.

Key Responsibilities• Acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers

• Generate leads through field visits, networking and references

• Build strong relationships with individual and business clients

• Promote banking products and services

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals

Eligibility• Graduate mandatory

• Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / BFSI

• Good communication and sales skills

• Comfortable with field sales role
