Job Description
- Sales & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase regional revenue, market share, and new account acquisitions in dermatology and skincare.
- Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers or sales professionals, monitoring individual performance and setting targets.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, such as dermatologists, clinics, and skincare professionals.
- Market Analysis: Analyze competitors, market trends, and identify new business opportunities in the dermatology sector.
- Operations & Reporting: Monitor regional P&L, control expenses, and provide regular sales reports to senior managemen
