Job OverviewWe are hiring a Relationship Manager to build, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients by offering long-term, product-based wealth solutions. This role focuses on AUM growth, product penetration, and client retention rather than short-term trading volumes.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Acquire new clients through open-market sourcing
  • Manage retail, mass affluent & emerging HNI client segments
  • Act as a trusted wealth advisor

Product-Based Wealth Advisory (Core Focus)

  • Understand client goals, risk appetite & investment horizon
  • Recommend and distribute:

  • Mutual Funds (SIP & Lump Sum)
  • PMS & AIF
  • Bonds & Fixed Income
  • Insurance
  • Structured/Thematic products

AUM Growth & Portfolio Expansion

  • Drive net new AUM targets
  • Increase wallet share & product penetration
  • Convert trading clients into long-term investment portfolios
  • Focus on recurring AUM (SIPs & long-term allocations)

Client Engagement & Retention

  • Conduct portfolio review meetings
  • Engage clients during market volatility
  • Ensure high service standards & query resolution

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain daily/weekly reports on acquisition & revenue
  • Track activation, product penetration & performance metrics
  • Eligibility CriteriaGraduate (Minimum qualification)
  • 2–3 years experience in Wealth Management / Broking / Private Banking / BFSI Sales
  • Candidates from Broking, NBFCs, and Banks preferred
  • Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds & Insurance
  • Understanding of asset allocation & portfolio construction
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven with focus on AUM & retention
