We are hiring for a leading NBFC / Fintech company.

📍 Location: Pune / Mumbai / Ahmedabad

💰 Salary: 4 – 4.5 LPA + High Monthly Incentives (No Cap)

🕒 Experience: 1–3 Years

🎓 Education: Graduate Mandatory

🚗 Bike & License Required (Field Role)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:✔ Home Loan / LAP sourcing

✔ DSA & Connector handling

✔ Field sales and lead generation

✔ Achieving monthly sales targets

✔ Customer relationship management

✔ Documentation & file login process

✔ Coordination with credit and backend team

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:✔ Experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage mandatory

✔ Field sales background preferred

✔ Good communication & convincing skills

✔ CIBIL 650+ preferred
