We are urgently hiring for the role of "Virtual Relationship Manager"

Qualification-HSC & Above

Experience-Minimum 6 months into BPO sector (NBFC experience would be great)

Job description-

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
2. Act as a liaison between the clients and internal sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
3. Drive sales activities to achieve assigned business targets (sales volume, revenue, and customer acquisition).
4. Coordinate lead generation, follow-ups, and closure of deals in collaboration with clients.
5. Monitor daily field operations, ensuring timely resolution of partner or customer issues.
6. Track performance metrics and prepare reports on sales activities, conversions, and partner engagement.
7. Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling prospects through clients.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies, partner agreements, and quality standards.
9. Support marketing or promotional activities in coordination with clients to boost sales performance.
