Relationship Manager

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers

Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication

Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or services

Handle customer feedback and work towards continuous improvement

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services

✅ Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Connect roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively

Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach

Basic understanding of business and finance concepts
