As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in gold appraisal, customer engagement, loan operations, documentation, and branch business growth. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a structured, high-growth NBFC environment.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

✔ Conduct accurate gold appraisal & valuation

✔ Engage with customers to understand financial needs

✔ Manage loan disbursement, documentation & recovery

✔ Maintain strong customer relationships

✔ Achieve branch sales & collection targets

✔ Ensure adherence to audit & regulatory guidelines

✔ Support field visits & customer follow-ups

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline)

💼 1–2 years of experience in gold appraisal/valuation/gold loan

🧑‍💼 Age: Up to 30 years

🏍 Must own a two-wheeler + valid driving license

💡 Skills Required

🔹 Strong knowledge of gold purity testing & valuation

🔹 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

🔹 Familiarity with CRM tools

🔹 Basic computer proficiency
